THE Churchward County Trust is calling on supporters to get behind its bid to win a £1,000 boost as part of specialist insurer Ecclesiastical’s annual 12 days of giving Christmas campaign.
Ecclesiastical will be giving 120 different charities an early Christmas gift of a £1,000 donation, with 10 winners announced each weekday from 5 to 20 December.
It’s quick and easy to nominate the CCT online. Nominations are open from 5 November to 19 December and you can vote for us at www.ecclesiastical.com/12days. Simply click ‘nominate now’ on the website and enter our details – you will need to tick the Registration Exempt box and insert ‘CHURCHWARD COUNTY TRUST (Charity No. 1183514)’ in the charity name field.
Winners will be drawn at random and the more times the CCT is nominated the more chance it has of being selected.
Project Leader Gary Boyd-Hope said: “This is a great opportunity for us to try and secure a little extra funding as we move towards getting County of Montgomery’s frames assembled at Tyseley. If the CCT is successful the money would be used to buy a selection of power tools and equipment for our volunteers to use, thereby helping the Tyseley team as they begin putting the frame plates together.”
The CCT is encouraging everyone to use their social media channels to ask people to vote for them to give the charity the best possible chance of winning.
