Front End and Wheeling appeals reach their targets

We are pleased to announce that both the Front End and the Wheeling appeals have both reached their funding targets. The Wheeling appeal reached its target well before its expected date, which is a big boost to the project. This means that we can plan the work for the wheels for 2027 knowing the majority of the money is in place. The appeal is still open as there have been some unforeseen changes which will mean some extra cost will need to be covered but the appeal was slightly over subscribed so we only have a little more to make up. The Front End appeal also closed slightly up on target so this enables us to proceed with this part of the build.
