Main frames advance towards completion at TLW

The main frames for 3840 are heading for completion in this first major stage of the build. On a recent visit to TLW the frames up to where the cylinders attach was at an advanced stage with the area at the cab end complete. It is hoped that the whole of the frames will be complete by the end of January enabling the cylinders and all the front end parts to be delivered to site for assembly in the spring / summer.
