General Terms

All items are offered for sale subject to availability. The site does hold stock levels and does not offer items with zero stock.

Credit Card Sales

When you have finished making your purchases and have filled in your delivery details, you will proceed to a secure online payment page where you will be asked for your payment details (e.g. credit card number). Payments are processed by an external processor (PayPal).
For orders made directly from the website, we do not have access to your credit card information, and it is not stored by us.

Currency

All prices shown on the site are in British Pounds(GBP). Customers using overseas credit or debit cards will have payments automatically converted to sterling. Customers wishing to use electronic transfer should contact us and complete the transaction offline.

Delivery Policy

Please allow 2 weeks from receipt of your payment to delivery of your order, but under normal circumstances, orders are sent within 24 hours.

Returns, Replacement and Cancellation Terms

If you feel that the condition or content of an item was wrongfully described, or if you feel the content of the item is different to what you expected from our description we will refund your payment in full and return carriage costs in full provided the item is returned to us securely packed, and in the condition in which it was received, within 10 days. An administration fee of £5 will apply to all refunds for undamaged goods purchased from the online shop

If the item is damaged in transit, then you should claim it by email. It should be returned within seven working days, together with the original packaging. The postage costs of the return will be refunded to you.

Cancellation Policy

You have the right to cancel your order within seven days of receiving it. If you decide you no longer want the item after it has been dispatched, you may return it within seven working days and receive a full refund, including the original delivery charge, but not including the return delivery costs. If this is simply a ‘change of heart’, the item must be received back by us in the same condition in which it was sent.

Orders from the UK

Postage is listed per item to the UK mainland. We reserve the right to change this at any time, without notice, should the current rates change.

Orders from Overseas

Overseas shipping will be charged at cost and can be airmail or surface at your choice.
